Refund and Return Policy

At NUTRITION FIXES, we ensure that all our products are authentic and of the highest quality. Due to the consumable nature of sports nutrition supplements, our return and cancellation guidelines are strictly defined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
* Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched from our facility (whichever is earlier).
* Process: To cancel an order, immediately email us at nutritionfixes25@gmail.com or call 9999847737.
* Refund for Cancellation: If successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
2. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
* Return Window: You are entitled to initiate a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
* Eligible Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
* Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns for supplements if the seal has been broken or tampered with after delivery. Goods purchased on sale are also non-refundable unless defective.
* Mandatory Unboxing Video: For claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
3. Refund Policy & Timeframes
* Inspection: Once we receive the returned goods at our facility, our quality team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Credit Timeline: If the return is approved, we will process your refund. The credited amount will reflect in your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
* Shipping Risk: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange / Replacement Timeframes
If you receive a defective or damaged product and request an exchange instead of a refund:
* Approval & Dispatch: Once the damaged item is received and the exchange is approved, the new replacement product will be dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.
* Delivery: The replacement product will be delivered to you within the standard shipping timeframe of 3 to 12 working days after dispatch.
