* Deliveries and dispatches are made on business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST). We do not guarantee dispatch or deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

*2. Delivery Timeframe*
* We deliver products throughout India using reliable logistics partners (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, Speed Post).
* Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3 to 12 working days, depending on your geographic location.
* Note: Delivery times are approximate. We request customers to plan their supplement purchases in advance to avoid delays.

*3. Shipping Coverage & Costs*
* We currently ship across India. We do not ship international orders.
* Free shipping is not available unless stated otherwise during a promotional offering on the website. Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
* Additional charges apply for express shipping requests (free shipping promotions do not apply to express shipping).

*4. Failed Deliveries*
If you are unavailable to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, the courier company will attempt to get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery, or you can pick it up from their office location. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.
